As a Human Resources Generalist, you will run the daily HR functions of the designated region, which could include participating in the hiring and onboarding process, investigations, benefits and leave conversations, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities:
Track and document compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting plan and hiring process of assigned region.
Participate in new hire orientation, onboarding process and mentorship program.
Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility.
Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Perform tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to benefits, leave, performance management, recognition, safety and training/development.
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Participates in internal and external safety programs.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.

years' HR experience.
Knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office/Google Apps.
Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality.
Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
